Events/Projects funded by FoLPS
FoLPS is a group of parents, carers and teachers that arrange events and activities throughout the school year to raise money for Leckhampton Primary School. The funds raised from these activities go towards resources to support our children at school and for the little extras.
Examples of the sorts of events organised by FoLPS:

- Year 6 Leavers Disco
Some of the projects and events that have been supported by FoLPS funds:
- School Trip Subsidy – Every class teacher has a FoLPS funded trip subsidy that they can use to help pay towards school trips to enrich our children’s education experience.
- Bikeability – funded by FoLPS
- Yr 6 Residential – each year FoLPS makes a contribution of £7500 towards the cost of this trip
- Calm Zone and iQuad Funding – FoLPS makes a yearly contribution for little extras for these well-loved spaces
- Chesterfield Settee – £632.32 FoLPS funded the final finishing touch to the new library, a new leather Chesterfield settee! It looks fab and we are so pleased the school and children love it!
- The School Garden Project – £2500 was pledged towards improving the school playing field

- Girls’ Football Kit – £330 see if you can spot our logo on the back!
- Library Books Refresh – £8000 over two years to help replace worn out books
- Ceramic Birds Artwork – £8000 contributed by FoLPS to support this beautiful artwork created by our pupils.
